Head Coach/ Owner- John Youssef
John has many years of experience, he first picked up a barbell aged 12 and has never looked back. Strength training is his main background, but he has also done many years of martial arts traning, fitness training, and is a fully qualified self defense instructor. He has also worked with many MMA fighters, Thai boxers, boxers and military. He is also a qualified level 2 & level 3 PT. CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
Boxing Coach- Alex Dickinson
3 time super heavyweight national champion and member of England's boxing squad.
Also he is an undefeated Pro Boxer under the amazing Frank Warren Enough said.

Coach/ PT- Robert Humphreys
His passion & hunger to learn has pushed him to educate himself excessively to help people as much as he can to help others, these include; - level 2 gym instructor - Level 3 Personal Trainer - Advanced Coaching Academy - Seminars / Podcasts / As well as being available for PT from early mornings he also runs our BOOTCAMPS, any enquiries on - One 2 one training - BOOTCAMPS - Training plans - Diet plans
