The Sufferfest is one of the most extreme classes you can take at USC GYM. It is effective and gives you a great workout, all of this without a training and following an amazing video of real bike races with music to get your blood pumping. However there are a few things you need to know before you begin.

To get into a Sufferfest class you need to book online.
However each class is only limited to 16 spaces, so only one name can be put down per booking. If you put more down one name (booking for a friend/ family) on the same booking, the class will be overbooked and therefore you will have to miss out.
If you are doing multiple bookings for people, remember to repeat the process for each person.

Remember each Sufferfest Class is done without a trainer. Knowing how to set up your bike is vital so you get the most out of your workout.
Look at the poster and make sure all the points are covered, and also take a look at the video provided.
If you are still unsure by all means get someone to help you, or if you can see someone struggling, please help them.
This is a very important point. Once the video starts, you will need to pay attention to what is going on the screen.
Each Sufferfest class is without a trainer, so apart from your fellow class mates there will be no one telling you what to do if you missed a point.
